At the recent 2019 Black Country Chamber Awards, Dolphin Lifts Midlands was delighted to be crowned Family Business of The Year.

Entrants had to show how they are preparing the next generation of their family to ensure continued family ownership of the business with the judges looking for an organisation that could demonstrate how the family businesses nature and values have contributed to success across the business. Each nominee was visited by a minimum of two judges who looked at how the family values influence the business, the Board and ownership structure of the business and how decisions are made and how the interests of the family are balanced against the interests of the business.
