TGA, a respected specialist in mobility scooters, will be unveiling the latest addition to its award-winning range at Naidex 2019 – the new Minimo Autofold.
Naidex, NEC, 26-27 March, stand N11112 and TGA Mobility Test Track (N11113).
The popular TGA Minimo range provides the proven choice in car boot friendly scooters. Following the pioneering launch of the original Minimo in 2013, this transportable TGA range has expanded to include a choice of models for varying lifestyles and mobility needs. Each design provides a lightweight solution that folds quickly in one piece for easy storage in a car boot or when travelling by bus, train or plane. Despite a compact size the Minimo still provides outstanding comfort and stability – enhanced by pneumatic tyres on the Minimo Plus and Minimo Plus 4. The new Autofold incorporates all the renowned features and benefits of the range with the added advantage of powered folding. This advanced technological development provides maximum convenience for users with limited mobility or reduced dexterity.
With the launch of the Minimo Autofold, TGA’s reputation for cutting edge ergonomics and innovative design are once more underlined. This scooter incorporates the latest in assistive technology so complete folding and unfolding can be activated in seconds. Owners and partners can deploy or store the Minimo Autofold faster, so continuing with onward travel is seamless.
When riding the 4mph Minimo Autofold, users benefit from a feature-rich design that provides day long comfort with assured reliability, for up to 15km on a single charge. A turning radius of only 820mm delivers the manoeuvrability to negotiate public transport and shops with ease, whilst the 60mm ground clearance and pneumatic tyres and four-wheel configuration provide off-road stability. With a maximum user weight of 115kg (18 stone) the Minimo Autofold is suitable for a wide variety of owners seeking a transportable lightweight solution.
Daniel Stone, TGA Managing Director comments: “The success of our Minimo family is testament to the quality of TGA design. Our ethos for safety, innovative technology and advanced ergonomics have culminated in the new Minimo Autofold. Powered folding combined with lightweight handling means more people with restricted mobility can benefit from freedom further afield. The need for reliable, comfortable and transportable scooters continues to grow as individuals seek the opportunity to travel away from home. With the Minimo Autofold, TGA has once again raised the bar in terms of flexible, hassle-free independence.”
