The Stroke Association support stroke survivors, and one of the ways they do this is by loading their website full of useful information. We are pleased to announce that the Stroke Association now recognise the importance of buying equipment from BHTA members and have now included details of the association on their Daily Living Aids web page.
Sally Edgington Membership Engagement Manager said “I first met with the Stroke Association nearly 2 years ago and it has taken time to build a valuable working relationship, the Stroke Association by putting the BHTA information on their website now recognise the BHTA and the Code of Practice which is at the heart of everything we do, I am looking forward to working more with the Stroke Association moving forwards including exhibiting at the UK Stroke Forum in Telford at the beginning of December”.
Charlotte Lee from the Stroke Association said “At the Stroke Association, we help stroke survivors rebuild their lives after stroke through a range of support services and tools. We are delighted to support BHTA to help ensure stroke survivors receive the best customer care and advice to suit their needs when buying mobility equipment”.
