Multi-award-winning homelift manufacturer, Stiltz, has achieved yet another acclaimed accolade by being chosen as Exporter of the Year at the 2019 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.
Held at the distinguished Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane London, on 12th November, the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards is a flagship event that recognises and rewards excellence across all sectors within British industry. It is attended by over 1,200 business leaders and influencers who gather to celebrate the achievements of leading enterprises, and following shortlisting and a rigorous Dragon’s Den-type presentation by the Directors, Stiltz were in attendance. At the Gala Black Tie Dinner with guest speaker, astronaut Tim Peake, the outstanding export growth of Stiltz was officially recognised. The steep curve of its year-on-year monetary growth and business expansion firmly eclipsed the achievements of other finalists in the same category.
Established in the UK in 2010, Stiltz has revolutionised access within the home for individuals living with restricted mobility. Its innovative range of contemporary Duo and Trio homelifts are redefining the perception of assistive technology, significantly disrupting the stairlift and traditional through-floor lift market. Stiltz solutions represent a value-add investment to futureproofing properties through an aesthetic solution that ensures self-esteem and independence for owners.
Leadership from a hugely experienced, ambitious and visionary management team has delivered strong return on investment by synergising product excellence with a successful export strategy. From a standing start, Stiltz has achieved a presence in 37 countries worldwide through a combination of strategic partners, distributors and satellite offices. This remarkable achievement, along with establishment of an ultra-efficient manufacturing and supply chain, has all come to fruition within nine years, with further substantial growth on the horizon. Larger manufacturing and R&D facilities continue to be built worldwide as demand intensifies for the Stiltz Homelifts range.
