This award is aimed at companies who are contracted to provide NHS services to new and existing patients utilising excellent customer service and satisfaction. The winner provided clear evidence of their service levels to patients via annual surveys across their 8 centre’s as well as the in-depth training their teams go through to ensure the highest possible patient satisfaction.
