BHTA Attends Stroke Association Keynote Lecture

Sally Edgington, Section Support Lead attended the Stroke Associations Keynote Lecture at the Guildhall in London last week, where Professor Marion Walker MBE present ‘Living Life Well: Rehabilitation Matters’.

The event was hosted by newsreader/ broadcaster Alastair Stewart OBE, who spoke about his own families experience of Stroke when his Dad suffered one. Sally Edgington said “ I was pleased to have been invited to this event and found the content of the keynote presentation extremely interesting and feel that the Stroke Association and BHTA’s work have a lot of common ground which I am exploring and building a strong relationship with the Stroke Association”.
