Algeos is delighted to announce we have been awarded Silver accreditation against the new Investors in People Generation 6 Standard.

This latest accreditation, running until 2020, is a tribute to the collective effort of the Algeos team.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through good people management.

Internationally recognised, the standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.

The standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Beth Williams-Lally, HR Manger said “Algeos has a great culture promoted by family spirit, continuous improvement and high performance. We achieve success through our people and are immensely proud of this award. As an employer, it’s essential to listen to our employees and we will continue to do even more to invest in our people and focus on making Algeos an even greater place to work.”

The report is highly complementary stating ‘The business has a workforce which is committed, loyal and focused on delivering their part toward the common ambition and this has produced high quality products.’

Jackie Fisher, CEO said “I am so pleased that after an extensive and thorough review, we have achieved this award. At Algeos, our people are our greatest asset. Its only with their dedication and hard work that we can continue to provide great quality products and services to our customers.”
